How can users contact you?
There are two ways end users can send you a message.
In order for the end users to contact you they need to click on "Contact Support" button in your Help Center Page.
They will be asked to fill out a simple contact form with their:
Description of the issue/ question/ concern/ feedback
Once the message is sent, they will be given a ticket number, which they and you can use in order to track it.
All messages are send (forwarded) to the email address you used to sign up with LabiKnow.
The same goes for widget contact form. It works exactly the same. User need to click on:
Fill out the contact form
Click on "Send Message" button
